Winner of women’s leadership development program, 2021

Rosatom Corporation was awarded with the “Change Leader” prize by the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, to encourage and develop women’s leadership programs among governmental and commercial entities.

Global Impact Conference, 2021

A global conference, built around the theme of Driving Diversity and Inclusion, in which a number of international speakers discussed how to accelerate the reduction of gender imbalances in the labor market, how to overcome the “glass ceiling phenomenon”, and many other questions.

International Conference of Women in the Nuclear Industry, 2021

An annual conference, organized by the fund Union of Women in the Nuclear Industry, will be held in December. In the framework of the conference, there will be a number of sessions and platforms dedicated to recruitment and advancement of women in STEM, the role of women in the development of the Arctic, etc.
